Home Care

Our aim here is to look after a person from the comfort of their own home. Our staff (caregivers) go into the house to help with the day to day aspects of living such as home help, personal care and companionship, in-house mobility, etc. Such care can be flexible and usually, it is anything from a couple of visits a week to all-day live-in care. It could involve helping to move into an unfamiliar environment, support to eat meals and go to sleep at set times, and usually not one-to-one care. All our staff go through the same rigorous process of one-to-one interviews and skills auditing to determine areas of need in both academic, training and behavioural skills. We are constantly doing this to ensure gaps are established and they are being filled on a continuous basis.
