This training is for anyone who works in a setting where food is cooked, prepared or handled. Most healthcare personnel, particularly HCAs find themselves handling food in one form or the other, and as such we make this certification a minimum legal requirement for our personnel to give our clients extra peace of mind. As a minimum, we guide our personnel professional progression plans to ensure they move through the various levels of certification, including Food Safety Awareness (level 1), Food Hygiene and Safety (level 2) and Supervising Food Safety (level 3), where necessary.
We have developed a sound working relationship with accredited, approved and quality third-party training service providers to facilitate that our personnel can acquire this and other certifications essential to their performance and regulation.
