There are other mandatory courses that will be guided by our candidates’ exposure to varying healthcare facilities. The swiftness of our training need response can be from as little as 1 hour to a maximum of 24 hours for many training needs. Some of such training include the following: alcohol misuse, dealing with anxiety, managing arthritis, assessing needs, bipolar disorder, bloodborne pathogens, care planning, challenging behaviour, cognitive behavioural therapy, communicating effectively, confidentiality, consent, continence promotion, COSHH, dementia care, managing depression, deprivation of liberty safeguards, diabetes, disaster planning, diversity and equality, dealing with dying, death and bereavement, eating disorders, epilepsy, fire training, HACCP, hand hygiene training, health and safety, hepatitis, latex allergy, mental capacity, obsessive compulsive disorder, pain management, panic attacks and paranoia, person centred care, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, principles of care and confidentiality, record keeping, risk assessment, role of the care worker, safeguarding of vulnerable adults, managing self-harm patients, dealing with sleep disorders, stress management, stroke, supervision and appraisal, tuberculosis, wound care, etc.
We have developed a sound working relationship with accredited, approved and quality third-party training service providers to facilitate that our personnel can acquire this and other certifications essential to their performance and regulation.
