Dayspring PS and the NHS

The NHS stands for the National Health Service, which provides health care for all UK citizens based on their need for medical care rather than their ability to pay for it. NHS is usually a hospital trust or an acute trust that provides secondary health services within England and Wales. Everyone has a responsibility for their health, but the NHS is also responsible for helping people to improve their health and wellbeing. The NHS’s role in preventing poor health and promoting healthy living is essential to reduce health inequalities and sustain the NHS for future generations. Our staff sent out to the NHS facilities are provided with patriotic and service-based skills to help ensure the ethos of the trust. All our staff goes through the same rigorous process of one-to-one interviews and skills auditing to determine areas of need in both academic, training and behavioural skills. We are constantly doing this to ensure gaps are established and they are being filled on a continuous basis.
