Moving and Handling Training

Working within healthcare and social care often involves lots of moving, lifting, or otherwise manually handling people. With this in mind, we insist that our candidates undertake our moving and handling training programme, that is designed to highlight the risks and requirements associated with manual handling. We are aware that our clients and many professional bodies advise that people moving and handling training is undertaken every year. This is therefore set as our minimum for our candidates to undertake this initial training or induction course before assignment.

We have developed a sound working relationship with accredited, approved and quality third-party training service providers to facilitate that our personnel can acquire this and other certifications essential to their performance and regulation.
