The best-known type of hospitals are the general hospitals, they typically have emergency departments to treat urgent health problems ranging from fire and accident victims to a sudden illness. Most general hospitals are typically major health care facilities in regions, with many beds for intensive care and additional beds for patients who need long-term care. Each hospital must be able to receive specialist personnel to fit its varying specialisation and needs. At Dayspring, all our staff go through our usual rigorous process of one-to-one interviews and skills auditing to determine areas of need in academic, training and behavioural skills. We are constantly doing this to ensure that gaps are established and they are filled on a continuous basis.
